I am a professional writer and spiritual mentor living and working from the beautiful forests of Minnesota. I contract with global brands and C-suite executives as a copywriter to help them tell human stories in an AI world and have been a freelance/contract writer for more than 15 years. Prior to that, I wrote for The Associated Press from post-war Bosnia. My education is in nursing and spirituality.

I spent a decade volunteering as a spiritual/healing guide for combat veterans and warfighters. You can find my articles and a book I published at my site, lifeafterwar.org.
